The Air Force Reserve members from Texas and South Carolina are on an Innovative Readiness Training project at the Red Lake Indian Reservation in Minnesota. Winfred Johnson from Air Force Reserve command has this story how Civil Engineers from Lackland and Red Horse Personnel from Charleston Air Force Base are helping the Chippewa nation build a brighter future.
