Welcome Home
Airman 1st Class Clint Grunalt, who performs hydraulic maintenance on the E-3 “Sentry” Airborne Warning and Control System aircraft for the 552nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, kisses his wife, Sarah, soon after returning to Tinker Air Force Base Wednesday from a six-month deployment to Southwest Asia with about 135 other fellow Airmen, primarily from the 963rd Airborne Air Control Squadron. Also attending the homecoming were Airman Grunalt’s parents, John and Dawn Grunalt, and his sister, Ashlynn, who drove all the way from Sterling Heights, Mich., to welcome home their son and brother. Airman Grunalt’s grandmother, Mary Jo, made the trip from Amarillo, Texas, as well. Also on hand were a host of Airman Grunalt’s in-laws from Warr Acres, as well as several friends.
