CAMP LEMONIER, Djibouti -- Chief Master Sgt. John R. Harris Jr., outgoing senior enlisted advisor for Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, salutes Rear Adm. James Hart, CJTF-HOA commander, during a Relief and Appointment Ceremony at Camp Lemonier's New Cantina Sept. 29. The ceremony marked the end to Harris' 13-month tour as HOA's senior enlisted leader and featured the passing of the sword, which represents the turnover of senior enlisted responsibilities from Harris to Navy Command Master Chief Roy Maddocks.
