Approximately 480 children from the 552nd Air Control Wing took part in the 9th annual children's holiday party last Saturday in Bldg. 230, Dock 2.

The party, which was hosted by wing, group and squadron spouses as well as the Airman and Family Readiness Center, included a fun-filled day complete with face painting, picture coloring, bean bag toss, bouncy castle and a visit by Saint Nick himself.

Lauren Hamblin, whose husband, Capt. Josh Hamblin, is an air weapons officer with the 960th Airborne Air Control Squadron, has served as the event coordinator for the past three years.

Mrs. Hamblin will be replaced next year by Lynsy Carrell, with the 72nd Force Support Squadron. Her husband, Maj. Nathan Carrell, is a member of the 963rd Airborne Air Control Squadron.
