U.S. Army veteran Ryan Kaufman joined hundreds of Airmen and their families at a Yellow Ribbon event for pre-and-post-deployers in Denver, Colorado, March 21-22, 2026. As the event's keynote speaker, Kaufman shared his struggles with homelessness, PTSD, addiction, and loss. The Army veteran also led breakout sessions where he further discussed how to build resiliency and the courage to ask for help. (U.S. Air Force video by Master Sergeant Monica Ricci)
