Change of Command
Lt. Col. Carol O’Neil, center, is all smiles as she accepts the guidon from Col. Alain Poisson, 552nd Operations Group commander, shortly after assuming command of the 965th Airborne Air Control Squadron during a ceremony Oct. 2 in Bldg. 230, Dock 2. Colonel O’Neil replaces Lt. Col. Anthony Kleiger, right, who will be headed to United States Pacific Command at Camp Smith, Hawaii, to work in operations there. Colonel O’Neil had previously served as the 552nd Air Control Wing director of staff. Colonel Poisson presided over the ceremony attended by a host of family, friends and co-workers.
